To Own |
A very good way to get into the
Fairfax County Real Estate Market, home or house of your
dreams is a "rent to own" deal. Typically, what this does is
let you "buy" the home a year or more down the road. I
can also arrange this for any and all of your Northern
Virginia Real Estate transactions.
There are few ways to accomplish your ownership of Fairfax
County Real Estate. They maybe:
1. You can rent to own by paying a monthly rent
amount with a certain dollar amount credited to you at
settlement in a year (or more). The credit MUST be an
amount the is higher that the typical rent in the area.
2. You can rent with an option to buy using the above
deal but having the "option" of cancelling the purchase when
the settlement date comes due.
3. You can "lock in" the price now, pay the rent
amount and get credit at settlement.
4. Is a "Contract for Deed". Just to name a
